Message	When My Z was totaled, they low-balled me as well. I then faxed them a typed letter outlining my "improvements" to the car and backed it up with a folder full of receipts and print-outs of similar Zs for sale in my area. They bumped up their offer a couple grand. Just work with them... it'll be to your benefit to try anyway.
